I spent yesterday at National Trust headquaters shooting for their in house cook book. This is an initiative to get all their food outlets to turn out consistantly high standard meals. Over the last three years we have photographed every dish they sell. From soups to baked potatoes. To scones and salads. All photographed in the exact same way. Not the most exciting job but is proving invaluable for the trust.
