Just like buses you wait a year, then three come along at the same time.

It had been a quiet time for me and cook book photography; but this year has seen a big increase in book work. I love working on these type of projects where you can work with a team, to get the right mix of creativity and informative photography. And the team did such a great job: Food by Denise Smart and props by Kim Sulivan and shooting at the great studios on Stannary Street run by Stephen Conroy. It was a real pleasure.

And thank you for those Air Fryer enthusiasts out there that continue to feed the trend.
