The very “in” vegetable cauliflower. It is popping up everwhere. We have been using it in a lovely Indian pancake recipe for our new seasonal cook book. This shot caught my eye before we plated it up. I love the colours and the markings on the base of the roasting tin. Sometimes the prep shots look better than the finished item.
