This snail is in Vienna where it is farmed for the top restaurants. We had two meals with these little ones. Actually quite tasty. It is also the logo for a movement that is called “slow food” which is meant to signify top quality food. I love the detail in the shell and their little eyes. Also the way the wood matches the tones in the shell.
