New Cook Book

I was delighted to get this lovely cook book sent to me last week. Coming out in June we shot it last Summer. Written by me very talented friend Heather Whinney. It is a vegan cook book that has some great recipes.

I am one of the biggest meat eaters you will find, but i loved trying her slant on vegan food. Her version of Cottage pie was amazing. It was commissioned by Watkins Publishing. A small independent publisher and their care and attention to this project was a great help. It looks lovely, the cover is amazing, and the food even better. I hope it flies off the shelves.
