This lovely book is now out in the  shops.Perfect timing for Christmas, they are selling out fast. A great book concentrating on the popular Ramen noodle dishes. Shot this early this year in the Cotswolds, a  long way from the Far East. But with Heather’s great props and foods it looks beautiful.
