I had a lovely morning working with Mark at Springfield Farm and his Wescott Piemontese cattle. These beef cows are high in Omega3 and have less fat, less calories and more protein than normal beef, Chicken and Salmon! Hailing from Italy these cows seem to have everything going for them.

The herd is in its infancy but under the care and attention of Mark this business is destined for great things.
