Our food writer and stylist extrodinaire Denise Smart is seen here taking time out to stretch. She has written the recipes and is now styling our second Spiraliser book. The first one was in the top ten non fiction book charts for an age and has bee reprinted several times. This book will look lovely thanks to all our hard work. She has had a tough few weeks working on this and other projects and like me spending 4 hours a day at least commuting to the studio.
