Shooting this marmalade for our second spiraliser book. This image shows the tricks behind daylight photography, I was using the card on the left to keep detail in the white textured board and then the mirror on the other side to bounce light back into the jar. Sometimes daylight photography can be a bit trick. Especially when trying to keep detail in both shadows and highlights.
