This is my first Christmas shoot this year, much earlier than usual. We normally work in Christmas in July and August. This delicious Christmas Pudding Ice Cream is for the BHF charity. It is low fat and low sugar but tastes totally yummy. Just like the real thing but ice cold. Really easy to make. A must for this Christmas
