For a few years now I have been photographing all the new developments for a well known Italian Pesto company. We shoot in their R and D kitchens in their UK offices and probably do 3 to 4 shots  a year.

They are a good client to have as the freebies are great, and their product top quality. The brief is always to make the new product the focus “hero” of the shoot. This means that we often apply a lot more than you would ,

if you were cooking at home. The prop styling mood is bright and uncluttered. Making the food look fresh and light. The pictures above are from last weeks photography of their new low fat products.
