National Trust Bakes

Sorry it has been a while since I last posted a story. I have just come back from shooting for The National Trust. We are into Spring Summer now and concentrating on lovely cakes.

Their Food and Beverage team seems to be on the increase. There is someone now just in charge of coffee. It seems that each department all want good photography to help promote their area of catering. This is all good news for me, as it means I am kept busy. We still do the shoots at their headquaters in Swindon. This is not ideal as we have to share the kitchen with the workforce and visiting publics needs. They also have a very limited prop cupboard.

However the days are always great fun and full of very tasty food.
