Summer National trust food

Part two of my previous post. The team work on the new recipes for each season. They then go through a tasting and testing procedure, before getting the go ahead.

Once approved they add the recipes to the cook book and the updates are sent to all their kitchens accross the UK. I take the descriptive dish photography. But we also work on the shots that will be displayed to the public. These obviously are far more enticing and are allowed a little more artistic license in how they look. Some examples of Summer 2019 are above.
