Taking pictures of Chefs in restaurants can be hard. I was on a flying visit so only had my camera. No lights or tripods. They are also very busy people so had to tread lightly. I really enjoyed the challenge of portraits rather than food on a plate. The kitchen can be a very severe enviroment. But with the right feel there is plenty of potential.
