This is rather apt as today the pink lady food photographer of the year goes on show in the Mall galleries. I am a finalist but at the point of writing this have no idea how well I have done. I am presuming just  a finalist. The point of this Christmas cake is these lovely pink lady apple crisps decorating the cake. So simple to do yet make a great topping, and healthy too.
