I have just received my copy of this lovely book. Fermentation by Asa Simonsson. We shot this last year and it was a great project. A bit Damien Hirst at times but lovely simple images. The food is all about healthy gut.

It meant using lots of different jars and surfaces but we tried to keep it simple and looking natural to compliment the recipes. some of the techniques needed a lot of instruction but we got there in the end. The book has been beautifuuly designed and I am really proud of it.
